My work extends across a number of beautiful venues and communities in and around Burton, each offering a slightly different space to explore wellbeing, connection, and inner balance.
From spa environments to yoga studios and wellness spaces, I share sound healing, meditation, and yoga practices designed to support both deep relaxation and meaningful inner transformation.

Soulful Sanctuary
At Soulful Sanctuary, a lovely and welcoming Yoga & Pilates studio in Burton, I host my regular workshops and events.
It’s a space that offers a wide variety of classes throughout the week, creating a supportive and friendly environment for anyone looking to move, rest, and reconnect.
This is also where I have my studio base for most of my private sessions, and where I hold more intimate and personal experiences, including:

Workshops here are bookable via the Glofox app, and the smaller group setting allows for a deeper level of connection and a more personalised experience.

Hoar Cross Hall Hotel & SPA
At Hoar Cross Hall Spa & Hotel, I offer regular Sound Healing & Meditation sessions within a deeply restorative spa environment.
Alongside traditional sessions, I also guide unique water-based experiences, where participants gently float on water hammocks while being immersed in the sound of the bowls.
These sessions are designed to bring the body into profound relaxation, allowing the nervous system to settle while the combination of water, sound, and stillness creates a deeply calming and almost weightless experience.
A beautiful way to reconnect with yourself in a truly nurturing setting.
Branston Golf&Country Club
At Branston Golf & Country Club, I offer weekly Yoga classes focused on gentle movement and mindful awareness:

These classes are accessible, grounding, and ideal for those looking to build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection with body and breath.


Bannatyne Health Club & SPA
At Bannatyne Health Club&SPA in Burton, I offer a combined session designed to support both body and mind:

Guided Meditation (30 minutes)
Saturdays at 1:30pm
A balanced practice that blends physical movement with stillness, helping you release tension and restore clarity.

Collaborations & Guest Workshops
I love joining forces with inspiring practitioners and facilitators to co-create meaningful experiences—from sound baths and meditation to workshops and special events.
Each collaboration brings together different energies, perspectives, and modalities, creating something unique that supports deeper connection, healing, and growth.
I already regularly work alongside wonderful people, and I’m always open to new connections and aligned collaborations.
