Wellness Special - Yoga&Meditation

I’m very happy to be collaborating with Sam from Community Yoga with Sam for this special Saturday Wellness Workshop, combining gentle yoga and guided meditation to help you relax, reset, and reconnect.
The session will begin with an hour of accessible yoga led by Sam, a registered and experienced community yoga teacher. Her practice is suitable for all levels and is designed to gently release tension, improve mobility, and prepare the body for deep relaxation.
In the second part of the workshop, I will guide a deeply restorative meditation and relaxation, using techniques that help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and deepen your meditation practice.
Together, yoga and meditation create a powerful combination to support stress relief, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.
We will finish the afternoon with tea and homemade cake, offering a chance to relax and connect in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
This workshop is ideal if you would like to:
